FixEmbed Terms of Service

1. What the service is

FixEmbed is a Discord application that rewrites social media links so that Discord can display them correctly. It is provided by LunarWerx. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms.

2. What it is not

FixEmbed does not download, host, store, cache or distribute any media. It rewrites a URL so that the original platform's own content delivery network serves the media directly to Discord. FixEmbed is a formatting tool, not a content host and not a downloader.

3. Third-party services

Fixed links point at independently operated third-party services. Their availability is outside our control. FixEmbed health-checks these routes and reroutes automatically when one degrades, but we cannot guarantee any particular route stays available, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct.

4. Acceptable use

• Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
• Follow the terms of the platform whose link you are sharing.
• Do not use FixEmbed to distribute illegal content, or content you have no right to share.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, resell access, or automate the service in bulk.

We may suspend access for any account that breaches these rules.

5. Free tier and Pro

The free tier permits a limited number of fixes per day and appends a small attribution line to responses. Pro removes the daily limit and the attribution line and unlocks additional render modes. Limits and features may change as the service evolves; any reduction to a paid tier will be announced before it takes effect.

6. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. A lifetime purchase is a single payment and is not recurring.

7. Refunds

If the service does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse.

8. Availability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, and will give reasonable notice to paying users where we can.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunarWerx is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using FixEmbed at any time by removing it from your Discord account. We may terminate access for breach of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
